072310: woot. TGIF - Thanks God it’s Fridaaaaay. :) Super light ang schedule namin. So we thought. Do or die. Pero naman naman oh. Grr. Super pressure pa kasi eto ang pinakabinilin sa amin ng aking super partner, Clarisse. Icover ang Meeting De Avance! WTF. Eto shortcut muna: Based on the crowd cheers early this afternoon, we may already foresee the upcoming results of the student Council Elections. The crowd clamored for the ROCKERS Party and turns to lethargic when the ALPHA Party steps up. No biased finding here though. It’s what I saw. What I heard. And what I felt. Energy flowed unstoppable when Clark Adam Dulle - the gubernatorial candidate of the ROCKERS - stepped down the stage to have a better view of the ecstatic crowd. The ecstatic crowd that turned wild when a courageous freshman student ran all the way from the back part of the gymnasium to the speaker. Simply for the joy of having the chance to shook his hand. And amidst the screaming fans, a senior gal rushed to him and wiped his face using her handkerchief!
But I felt sorry for the gubernatorial bet of the ALPHA Party- Aileen Manzon - since the crowd disrespected her, to be frank. She was in the middle of stating her platform when she stopped, ending her speech abruptly. But I cannot blame the crowd for doing such but I’m not tolerating what they did because it is plainly rude. Ms. Manzon had been the vice governor of last year’s student council and student felt no difference I can say. The SBO’s presence were felt strongly only after the election then it gradually had faded. Until it was felt no more. Unfinished projects were left behind. And these was one of Manzon’s platform - to continue the unfinished projects. And maybe - just maybe - that is the main reason why student got tired of Manzon. I don’t know.
- Oops. Don’t you get me wrong readers - if there would be any - I’m not siding any party here. It’s what I saw.
To my fellow Gallegans:
This coming Monday- 26th of July,2010 - think twice and vote wise. Sincerely Yours, Khaycee :)
